HDB Resale Prices Up 2.9% In Q4, 4.8% For Entire 2020
S’pore’s public property sector finished the year at a positive note, by having Housing and Development Board RPI raising almost 3percent q-o-q in the 4th quart of 2020, revealed HDB display estimates launched on 4 Jan 2021.
For the total of 2020, resale house asking prices grew almost 5 percent.
Housing and Development Board documented that the indicator “presents content on the overall rate trends in the resale public housing market”.
Housing and Development Board further mentioned that it is going to issue the RPI for the whole quart, along with the more precise government property information, on 22Jan 20.
In the meantime, Housing and Development Board announced that it will make available roughly three thousand seven hundred Build-to-Order flats in Bt Batok, Tengah, TPY and Kallang Whampoa during February.
“This also includes the fresh Area Care Flat in Bukit Batok,” it revealed.
In 05/21, a different 3.8K BTO flats in Geylang, Bt Merah, Tengah and also Woodlands are going to be supplied.
